Mopar SEMA 2018 Ram Concepts
Besides Halloween season, it's SEMA season outside. And for the annual modified performance extravaganza, Mopar has readied a total of 14 customized vehicles.
First up is the Ram 1500 Rebel concept optimized for off-road performance. Mopar has given this Rebel its own in-house lift kit that raises its off-road clearance by 2 inches, in addition to fitting one-piece cast-aluminum black Mopar off-road running boards. Finished in a custom neutral blue color, the Rebel Smoke concept wears Mopar satin black 18-inch-by-8-inch cast-aluminum beadlock wheels wrapped in 35-inch Goodyear DuraTrac tires and painted with body-color accents. The bed, meanwhile, is fitted with five 5-inch LED lights producing 4,800 lumens each, while also saving space for a conceptual rear spare tire carrier. The sides of the bed feature a black spray-in bedliner and wear satin black Rebel graphics.
Mopar's second truck is the Ram 1500 Big Horn Low Down concept, aimed at street style rather than trail performance. Painted in a two-tone color scheme, the top is finished in gloss black, while the bottom is painted in billet silver. All badging has been turned gloss black on the outside.
