London youths seen gratuitously letting off fireworks as Bonfire Night draws closer

Three youths were seen setting off fireworks in a quiet estate in Earl's Court in the early hours of the morning earlier this month (October 16).

Since Bonfire Night is coming closer, fireworks were heard around the area periodically for the past couple of weeks.

While it appears just to be fun and games to these three, it seems they are aiming them at each other through the housing blocks.
