According to Deadspin, the NFL admitted to getting a call wrong on the field.
During the fourth quarter of a game between the Tampa Bay Bunccaneers and the Cleveland Browns, officials decided not to charge a defensive player for a foul.
Browns Quarterback Baker Mayfield broke for a 35-yard run, before sliding to the turf.
But safety Jordan Whitehead lunged into Mayfield as he went to the ground, hitting him in the head helmet-to-helmet.
