Resorts World Las Vegas initially was supposed to open in 2016. But as time went on, construction seemed minimal, and the expected opening kept being delayed. It's now set to open in 2020, and the project is showing visible progress. More than 1,000 construction workers are on site, with several thousand expected by 2019.
