Sun City, Arizona isn’t the first place you’d think of when it comes to massive floods. However, thanks to the recent monsoon season, that’s exactly what can happen. Phil Mendoza came across two women who had become stranded in the middle of a flooded intersection, so he pulled over, got a rope to them, and helped rescue workers get the women out of their car safely.
