Blueprints for the bombs sent to several critics of President Trump were taken from the internet.
Federal law enforcement says the instructions for such devices are widely available online.
According to Reuters, they're found in the propaganda of Islamic militant groups Al Qaeda and ISIS.
Or, they could have come from “The Anarchist Cookbook,” a notorious 1970s bomb and hacker manual.
