Robert De Niro and Joe Biden Receive Suspected Mail Bombs Suspicious packages and explosive devices were sent to both men early Thursday morning. The devices were similar to ones sent to prominent Democrats this week. NBC News New York reported the alarming device was sent to De Niro’s Tribeca Grill restaurant. There was no need for an evacuation because the
restaurant was closed at the time. NBC News is also reporting that law enforcement officials say two suspicious packages were found at a postal facility in New Castle, Delaware. They were addressed to former Vice President Joe Biden. The suspected mail bombs were apparently targeting top Democrats and others who’ve been outspoken against President Trump.
