When the rumour broke that nine-time World rally Champion Sebastien Loeb was coming to drive the Pikes Peak Peugeot at Festival of Speed, a palpable sense of excitement took over. It's the car Loeb piloted to a new record at the infamous Pikes Peak hillclimb in Colorado last year, and suddenly Festival of Speed fans had a potential challenger to a record that once looked unbeatable.
