A truck loaded with Qatari fuel arrives at a power plant in Gaza after Israel allowed a resumption of Qatari-financed fuel deliveries to the Palestinian enclave after a 12-day halt it imposed over heavy border clashes, the Palestinian territory's sole power plant said.
