Cartoon Network Goes Off The Air 1997

After the commercials, promos, and bumpers Cartoon Network was showing late-night after "The New Scooby Movies" just finished, the screen went blank for about 20 seconds and this still image showed up, then it quickly cut to "The Woody Woodpecker show".

Somewhere along the lines, Cartoon Network changed their technical difficulties screen to just an image of the old Cartoon Network logo in the middle of a desert.
