Exchange of fire between police and criminals in Bulandshahar district of Uttar Pradesh. 6 rounds fired in 30 minutes. Dreaded criminal rocky shot, another escaped. Rocky has over a dozen cases in his head and a bounty of Rs 50,000. Police on the look out for runners.
