In just a few hours, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is expected to reveal exactly what Turkish investigators say happened to Jamal Khashoggi inside the Saudi consulate in Istanbul exactly three weeks ago.
Turkish investigators are waiting for permission to search a car found in a car park that belongs to the Saudi consulate.
A Turkish source has told Al Jazeera that the Saudi death squad filmed the killing and dismembering of Jamal Khashoggi in full.
