कांग्रेस अब घर घर जाकर लोगों का डेटाबेस तैयार करेगी । इस काम को करने के लिए कांग्रेस 1 करोड़ लोगों की वर्क फोर्स तैयारी करेगी । साथ ही इस कैंपेन के अंदर कांग्रेस 20 करोड़ लोगों का डेटाबेस तैयार किया जाएगा । ये कार्य 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले पूरा कर लिया जाएगा ।
