According to Reuters, Russia is ready to work on addressing mutual grievances with the way that the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty is being implemented.
Russian news agencies report that Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of Russia’s Security Council, is willing to work with the U.S. on the INF Treaty, after a meeting in Moscow with John Bolton, U.S. President Donald Trump’s national security advisor.
