Stocks Are Mixed Up On Monday

According to Reuters, stocks on Wall Street had mixed results heading into a new week.
For Monday Oct. 22nd, the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 50-points, which is about two-tenths of a percent.
The S&P 500 also posted losses for the day, dropping about 5-points.
But the Nasdaq Composite made some gains, rising by half-a-percent, which added about 42-points to the index.
The mixed results were partly attributed to financial stocks falling, with tech stocks rising.
