Indian Railway Board Chairman Ashwani Lohani recently reacted on Amritsar train tragedy. While interacting to media he said that railway department is not responsible for the horrifying incident. He said, it would be wrong to say that the Railways is responsible for the tragic incident, adding that people need to be more alert. He added, “Railway administration was not informed about the Dussehra celebrations near the main line. People were watching Dussehra celebrations from railway tracks.
