National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) Chairman Brigadier Tariq Saddozai (Retd) Tuesday informed the Senate Standing Committee on Cabinet that price of 5 percent electricity theft is being paid by those consumers who are already paying electricity bills regularly.
