ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನೀತಿ ಸಂಹಿತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೌನ್ಸಲಿಂಗ್‌ಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಕೌನ್ಸಲಿಂಗ್‌ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ಸಾಫ್ಟ್‌ವೇರ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ನಿರಾಸೆ ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
