Animals get in the Halloween spirit as they feast on pumpkins

Halloween came early for bears, monkeys and giraffes at a US zoo after they were all given pumpkins to feast on last Wednesday (October 10).
Adorable footage shows the baffled animals interacting with the pumpkin treats at the Detroit Zoo in Michigan, US.
Elizabeth Arbaugh, 53, the mammal curator, said: “Each species is a little different, they all enjoy the pumpkins in different ways.
''While the giraffes ate theirs straight away, a confused bear was snapped licking his pumpkin and the penguins posed with theirs, which were stuffed with fish.''
