President Donald Trump recently signed the Music Modernization Act, reforming copyright laws. In attendance of the event was the guitarist of the Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan. This guitarist is Jeff “Skunk” Baxter and is much more than an eight platinum record musician. According to Business Insider, Baxter is also a self-taught expert on missile-defense and counterterrorism. Baxter said he taught himself after helping his neighbor who invented the Sidewinder missile.
