Former BDA commissioner Sham Bhat under scanner for striking deal for BDA plots Speak Out India

Former Bangalore Development Authority commissioner Sham Bhat is under the scanner after a sting operation video showed him allegedly striking a deal with a broker for BDA plots. The negotiation caught on tape shows the broker and Sham Bhat talking about taking 1.5 Lakh bribe for 100 sites with total deal size being 1.5Cr. There is also a reference to an old deal of having taken 1.5Cr for 100 sites and broker complains that 50 sites haven't been cleared as promised in that deal. Sham Bhat is now the Chairperson of the Karnataka Public Service commission.
