Is there a need for complete overhaul of how school form young minds and their morals ?

The ongoing MeToo movement has raised questions if a consent course is needed to teach students what to do and what not to do, so that a strong foundation of values is built for the boys and girls don't feel harassed. These courses for students have worked wonders in Kenya and UK where harassment classes have gone down massively.
