Malacca exco member Norhizam Hassan Baktee, who claims to transform into the “Hulk” when his constituents are bullied, has warned legal action against those spreading a viral video showing him in a heated argument with a group of residents from Taman Akasia.

According to Norhizam, who is the DAP state assemblyperson for Pengkalan Batu, the person who bombarded him with questions during yesterday's dialogue session was an Umno branch leader from his constituency.

He claimed the man, who works with a local council, wanted to tarnish his reputation and was the first to spread the video, which courted flak from netizens.
