According to Business Insider, more than 58,000 at-home pregnancy tests were recalled because a "small number" of women got a false positive result. The tests were distributed in the UK by the Clear & Simple brand. The manufacturer estimates that more than 58,000 faulty tests were distributed. A statement from the UK's Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency said that anyone who purchased an affected test should return and seek another method of pregnancy testing.
