According to Business Insider, the Ohio police officer who fatally shot 12-year-old Tamir Rice in 2014, has been hired by another department. In a statement, Bellaire Police Chief Richard Flanagan said Timothy Loehmann deserves "a second chance." Loehmann will work as a cop in the Village of Bellaire, which has a population of around 4,000.
