On Thursday, People magazine originally reported that Affleck and Garner met at her house with lawyers and a private judge. Earlier this week, Garner reportedly filed documents to have the divorce finalized. According to court documents, Garner requested a private judge in order to speed up the process of finalizing the divorce.
