ComicBook.com reports that actress and R&B singer Janell Monae has been added to the cast of Disney's Lady and the Tramp. The star-studded line up also includes Thomas Mann, Benedict Wong, and Yvette Nicole Brown. The remake of the classic 1955 animated film will be a hybrid of both live-action and CGI. Lady and the Tramp won't be shown theaters, the reboot is set to be one of the first originals produced for Disney's exclusive streaming service, which is set to launch in 2019.
