Louisiana College Offering Anthony Bourdain Class Nicholls State University
is keeping the late chef’s
memory alive with a new
spring 2019 course. Created by the head of the university’s film studies program, Todd Kennedy, it will examine his TV projects around the film and literature that influence it. Kennedy said Bourdain had a “profound influence on contemporary food and travel writing.” Each class will be centered around single episodes from A Cook’s Tour, No Reservations
