4000 women held protest against Sabarimala temple SC verdict, ask Kerala Govt. to file a plea review

Almost a week after the SC in a landmark judgment allowed women of all ages to enter the Sabarimala temple – protests broke out in various parts of Kerala. Over 4000 women held protests against the SC verdict yesterday & demanded that the apex court should be review its decision allowing entry of women in the Sabarimala temple. Supporters of various hindu organizations took to the streets – whereas the highest turnout was witnessed at Pandalam where hundreds of devotees chanted hyms.
