Melania Trump has arrived in Ghana on her first major solo trip as first lady, says CNN. Trump will spend about a week abroad, traveling to various African countries. On Tuesday morning, she visited Ridge Hospital, where she greeted mothers and babies. Afterwards, she had tea with Ghana's first lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo. Later in the day she visited the United States Embassy and then retired to her hotel.
