Former 2-division UFC champion Conor McGregor calls in to Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show to discuss his beef with Khabib Nurmagomedov ahead of their lightweight title bout at UFC 229 and if has any concerns that Khabib will not show up. McGregor also provides his thoughts on the outcome of the fight, saying he is going to “rattle his brain” and that he will win by knockout. Conor discusses what he has planned for after his fight at UFC 229, including fighting Nate Diaz for a third time, saying Nate will always have a rematch and a possible second bout against Floyd Mayweather in either a MMA fight or even another boxing match. McGregor explains how he was able to sign UFC women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg to his team and why he signed a new six-fight deal with the company. McGregor calls the UFC’s deal with ESPN is “breathtaking” and discusses if there is a possibility he will fight on ESPN.
