Kanye West is talking about slavery again.
But this time, he's spotlighting the 13th Amendment, which officially abolished slavery in North America after the Civil War.
According to The Wrap, West called for the 13th Amendment itself to be wiped out.
He wrote somewhat of a confusing statement on Twitter.
West said "This represents good and America becoming whole again. We will no longer outsource to other countries. We build factories here in America and create jobs...
