Train services across Tokyo remained affected the morning of Monday, October 1, in the aftermath of Trami which left two dead and hundreds injured.

This video, filmed at Shin-Koiwa Station in the Japanese capital, shows a TV screen illustrating the disruption to transport services and large crowds making their way through the busy concourse.

For the first time ever, East Japan Railway Co., which operates major rail lines in the Japanese capital, suspended all train services in the Tokyo area the evening before in preparation for Typhoon Trami. Operations were largely resumed on Monday.
