Flash flood warnings issued in Arizona and California counties ahead of Hurricane Rosa

Heavy rains lashed parts of Arizona and eastern California over the weekend, prompting authorities to issue a flash flood warning as counties dealt with waterlogged roads and power cuts.

This video shows the flooding in Fortuna Wash east of Yuma, Arizona, near the Mexican border.

According to local media, Rosa was downgraded to a Category One storm on Sunday and is on track to hit the Baja California Peninsula Monday.
