dough: 2 ½ cup hard wheat flour, 1cup lukewarm water, 1/2 Ts instant yeast, 1Ts oil, 2Ts sugar, 1/2ts salt sauce: 150g Minced beef, 6ea Mushroom, 1/2 onion, 2cup tomato sauce, a little salt and pepper 600~800g Mozzarella cheese
