Vivek Tiwari case: CM Yogi Adityanath said, "It's not an Encounter, if needed CBI will investigate"

On Friday night in Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow, Apple's sales manager Vivek Tiwari was shot dead by police, which led to his death. In the incident, two policemen involved in the incident have been booked under section 302 of the IPC. CM Yogi Adityanath said that "it does'nt seems to be an Encounter , if needed we will make CBI inquiry to this case."
