The Telegraph has reported that a third Russian intelligence agent went to England to plan the nerve agent poisoning of a former Russian spy earlier this year. The revelation casts further doubt on the Kremlin's claims that it had no knowledge of the attack.
Reuters reports that the UK in early September accused two Russian men of the attempted assassination. The men men traveled under the names Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov.
