Penn State students brave the weather for anticipated Big Ten showdown

Every year, Penn State hosts an annual Whiteout game. And in anticipation, students would camp outside the stadium and create a tent village dubbed "Nittanyville." This year, they had to brave the elements including heavy rainfall as they wait for the showdown against Big Ten rival Ohio State.
