Deliver while the Karnataka High Court has come down heavily on the BBMP to fill potholes in the city on the back of its tall claims that 95% has been filled up after missing the Sept 20th deadline. BBMP asked the court more time due to rains, the court even appointed a 2 member commission to verify BBMP was doing its job. We take a look at the reality on ground and the nuisance potholes which has been created for the people.
