Resident decides it's time to evacuate his soon-to-be flooded home

Some homes are worse off than others but one resident who's cul-de-sac is like an island decides its time to pack the essentials and evacuate. His house is dry for now but they are surrounded by flooding and it's only a matter of time before it makes its way to his home.
