President Donald Trump recently tweeted that he does not have plans to meet with Iran. Yet he did say it could be a possibility to meet with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in the future. In the past, Rouhani’s government has called Trump’s attempts at dialogue a “humiliation.” Trump already has withdrawn from the Iran nuclear deal that promised lifting U.S. sanctions. According to Business Insider, with Trump’s sanctions almost taking effect, Iran’s currency has fallen.
