Rafale Deal row: Former French Prez Francois Hollande climed down from his comment

After stoking a major political war through his tweet, former French president Francois Hollande has climbed down from his comments, saying that he is unaware on whether Indian government put any pressure on France, and put the onus on dassault. Riding on Hollande's claim Rahul Gandhi mounted a fresh offensive against the Modi govt for favouring reliance and questioned PM's silence, the BJP in its response claimed that the MOU for the reliance-Dassault agreement was actually signed under the UPA govt. Now that Hollande himself has taken a u-turn, will the Congress do that as well?
