PM Narendra Modi to launch Modicare and roll out Ayushman Bharat in Jharkhand

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will roll out the centre's flagship Ayushman Bharat-National Health Protection Mission from Jharkhand today. The ambitious scheme, which was renamed the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan AIMS to provide a coverage of Rs. Five lakh per family annually. The scheme will be benefiting more than 10 crore poor families. Eligible people can avail the benefits in the government and listed private hospitals.
