Rahul Gandhi leaps on Hollande claim, attacks PM Narendra Modi with 'chor' jibe - our skies exposed?

After stoking a fresh controversy over Rafale deal, an Ex-French president has now done a climbdown. Hollande now says only Dassault can answer on reliance as an offset partner. Riding on Hollande's claim Rahul Gandhi mounted a fresh offensive against the Modi govt for favouring reliance and questioned pm's silence, the BJP in its response claimed that the Modi for the reliance-Dassault agreement was actually signed under the UPA govt. However, the big question remains - that Indian air force really needs Rafale jets to be an upgrade and its fleet to take on our aggressive neighbours - and aren't we losing focus from the real issue because of this controversy?
