Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi speaks to NewsX over Rafale deal row

Former French President Francois Hollande has added fresh twist to Rafale deal row. In an interview to a magazine, Hollande claims decision to incorporate reliance as partner in the deal was made by Indian government. He says French govt had no say in the matter. Reacting to the developments, defence ministry says they are verifying the claims made.
