At AIPAC in Washington DC Dr Alan Mendoza spoke to Joel Rubinfeld, founder of the Belgian League Against Anti-Semitism. In 2007 he was elected President of the Coordinating Committee of Jewish Organizations of Belgium (CCOJB), apex of Jewish organizations in Belgium, and will then, in 2009, elected Vice-President of the European Jewish Congress . In 2012, he was one of five Belgian elected among the 120 members on the European Jewish Parliament (EJP). In January 2014, he was one of the co-founders of the Belgian League against Anti-Semitism (LBCA), a Belgian organization whose objective is the fight against anti-Semitism in all its forms and among its Committee honor of international figures such as Beate Klarsfeld, the imam of Drancy Hassen Chalghoumi, father Patrick Desbois, Director of international Relations of the Simon Wiesenthal Center Samuels and writer Boualem Sansal. He assumed the role of President of the LBCA.

He is the author of numerous forums on anti-Semitism and events in the Middle East published in the Belgian and international press. He wrote the chapter on Belgium of the collective work "The new clothes of anti-Semitism in Europe" (Coffee Black Editions, 2004), in which he recounts the resurgence of anti-Semitism in Belgium following the outbreak of the second intifada. He is the author of "A Manichean view of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict" (in "Anti-Semitism after the Holocaust" , Thought and Men, 2003), study on the treatment of Middle Eastern news media Belgian.
