Information Leaked on Amazon's Two New Echo Devices Ahead of an Amazon event taking place on Thursday, information on a new Amazon
Echo subwoofer and a Smart Plug
were leaked. The subwoofer, which will cost $100, is designed to work with Amazon's Echo speakers. It will also have
stereo sound functionality. Currently, Amazon's Echo speakers can be paired together, but not in stereo. The Amazon Smart Plug will give basic Alexa functionality to devices plugged into it. For example, a lamp plugged into the Smart Plug can be controlled with Alexa using your voice at home or the app while you're away. The Smart Plug will cost $125. Both devices are slated to be released
on October 11.
