Apartments in Venezuela left empty as owners flee crisis

In Caracas, more and more apartment buildings look like ghost towns, with lights never turned on, parking spaces unused and mail never collected after their owners left Venezuela, preferring to abandon their apartments without selling them as the housing market is stagnant because of the crisis.
