Tuna Fish Wonton Recipe

Ingredients
1 small can (155g) Tuna flakes in oil (Drain the oil)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium sized onion, chopped
1 medium size carrot, cut into small cubes
¾ cup bean sprouts (togue)
1 tbsp green onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Wonton wrapper
Cooking oil
Water (for sealing wonton wrapper)

Procedure
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until limp and aromatic. Add tuna and stir for 1 minute over medium heat. Add carrots and bean sprouts (togue). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add green onion stir for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and transfer into a bowl. Let it cool.
3. Add a teaspoon of the mixture at the center of wonton wrapper. Dab edges of wrapper with water. Fold wrapper on the other side forming a triangle. Press edges of wrapper to seal. Repeat process until you finish all the mixture.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry tuna fish wonton until golden brown. Drain oil in tissue paper. Served with vinegar garlic dipping sauce or sweet chili sauce.
