Mollie Tibbetts' Suspected Killer Pleads Not Guilty

The man accused of murdering Mollie Tibbetts will stand trial in April.

Cristhian Bahena Rivera pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder at his arraignment Wednesday. Newser reports the 24-year-old waived his right to a speedy trial. An April 16 trial date was set. He remains jailed on a $5 million cash-only bond and faces life in prison without parole if convicted.
